 The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto, will only be realized when the Customer physically takes possession of the Products.  The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk, except when the Customer has chosen the carrier himself.  As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.


ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of Ownership
